About Me

I was 12 years old when I decided this was what I wanted to do with my life. Everything since then has been in service of that decision.

I got my start in the Air Force, then earned my aviation licenses in Florida — where most of my real flight training happened. Before I ever sat in the left seat of a jet, I worked the other side of the industry: as a flight instructor at my flight school, teaching the fundamentals I still lean on today, and as a center controller, watching traffic move across the sky from the ground up. Both jobs taught me things about flying you can't learn from the cockpit alone.

Since 2024, I've been flying Part 135 charter operations, and I currently serve as Captain on a Challenger 350 — the aircraft that gave this whole project its name.

I started sharing this world because I couldn't find anyone showing what private aviation actually looks like from the flight deck — the routes, the weather calls, the decisions that never make it into the marketing brochures. That's what TheChallengerPilot is built around: real access, not a highlight reel.

Off the flight deck, you'll usually find me behind a camera, out on the golf course, or watching whatever F1 race is on that weekend.
